Position: Full-time Campaign Director

Requirements:

James D. Klote & Associates, Inc. specializes in full-time, resident-directed fund raising consulting. We are seeking experienced fund raising consultants to direct capital fund drives. The Successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, friendly, and professional. This person must be detail oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks at one time, and have demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, motivating and retaining volunteers. Extensive on-site training is mandatory prior to directing campaigns.

Working knowledge of computers.

Willingness to travel.

Strong presentation, written, and oral skills are necessary.

Bachelor's Degree of higher.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate to experience.
