Our specialty is providing full-time, on-site fund raising counsel for non-profit organizations.   Our resident directed approach combines professionalism and a proven method of successful fund raising.  The JDK&A Director relocates to your community for the duration of the campaign and provides you with full-time access to our expertise and guidance.  Meetings are planned to meet the schedules of your volunteers, problems are addressed immediately, extensive coaching of campaign workers is provided, campaign progress is monitored closely, preparation of campaign materials are designed on site for the approval of the client and weekly progress reports are submitted to the appropriate leaders.  Full-time service is highly recommended when the client does not have the staff to adequately dedicate full-time support to the fund raising effort. 

The JDK&A Campaign Plan has guided many fund raising appeals raising millions of dollars for our clients.  In fact, 95% of our appeals have been repeat campaigns or referrals given by a former client.  Our full-time resident direction has assisted United Way member agencies, youth organizations, schools, state-wide organizations, sporting complexes, and museums.
